Ann  Koger, long recognized as a tennis champion, evolved from her early training on the historically segregated tennis courts in Baltimore, Maryland’s Druid Hill Park to local, regional and national titles with the American Tennis Association, the United States Tennis Association, collegiate and international arenas. She has earned a Doctorate in Sports Administration from Temple University, along with degrees in Recreation Administration and Physical Education from Morgan State University.
